Well, I've been toiling over posting my costs to date thus far. I am working with Colin and will be posting what this is costing us thus far and estimates to get it done. I will start with this - we bought the Sovereign of the Road for $2500 up front. Count in having to go and get it in Bat Cave, NC - another $250. So, that came off the top. I will work something up here in the near future that will tally our totals thus far. Things we still have to do - wiring, insulation, re-install inside skin, install holding tanks, zolatone, marmoleum, plumbing, install Intellipower, buy batteries, put interior back in, new mattresses, curtains and re-upholster the front gaucho, and complete the wood work. I will work this up to the closest amount we have spent. Stay tuned!

Rob, I don't keep track of the costs when I fix a trailer, It's too depressing and I may not want to do another. Just like redoing an old tow vehicle.
Doug
I think it would be great for you to post the expenses. I've found most people have no idea what a full restoration costs and they often go into it with overly-optimistic ideas. I haven't seen a full professional restoration yet that came in under $20k, and most are much more. Of course, if you do it yourself you can save a lot on the labor.
